Note:

1. To achieve the ideal effect, rub the balloons with your dry hair or a wool blanket after blowing them up. This will create static charge that will distribute the confetti and cause the balloons to float.
2. Adult supervision is required for children under the age of five.
3. Once the balloon is 80% filled, it is better to halt the inflating. Due to the effects of temperature and air velocity, an excessive amount of gas can quickly cause the balloon to explode.
