    Uncontrollable Events

    RETURN OF MATERIAL

 

  • Upon delivery, Buyer has 14 days to inspect and return defective products.
  • Buyer must notify SWOS in writing, specifying all reasons for rejection.
  • Failure to notify within 14 days waives the right to reject the product.
  • After this period, acceptance of the product is final and irrevocable.
  • Returns are subject to SWOS’s approval and must meet return conditions.

 

    General Terms

 

  • The Terms, along with any Additional Agreements, govern your use of SWOS services and supersede prior agreements.
  • SWOS and the user are independent contractors, with no agency or partnership created.
  • If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will still apply.
  • Headings are for reference only, and SWOS may assign these Terms, but users cannot.
